Great lesson. Clear demonstrations and plenty of repetitions at various tempos make it much easier to learn the notes and get the feel of the tune to make it come alive. I like the fact that the interesting "non-basic" version is taught - so you learn a bit of the "art" as well as the notes. The jam tracks are great too. They are great fun and help build confidence. Great job!

With all due respect, this was too advanced for me. The "basic version" is not taught, it is only played. The "non-basic" version is taught assuming you already know how to play and read sheet music. I was expecting note by note teaching, my bad I guess. The only thing I did like was the price.

I agree with Mark's review which is spot on. The basic version is played through once, slowly. But there is no explanation given. And the sheet music doesn't have any bowings or double stops. I watched parts over and over trying to see how he was doing it but I couldn't figure it out. the double stops are complicated because they're subtle and not every one has one.

The advanced version wasn't possible for me because I wasn't able to learn the basic version.

I think this would be OK for advanced players, but not for intermediate.
