This is excellent value. Video 1 Setup was extra helpful. Actually all videos are excellent value. There is enough here to keep me going for quite a few months - its practice practice practice. I am a 63 yr old novice and these videos really do explain and show the basics. No showing off from the instructor here - pure simple instructions.
